orders UPS, FEDEX, DHL Ground, or USPS with a tracking
number in the USA start at $6.95 If Ground Service is not available shipping
cost will be adjusted according to our cost,

If you'd like to have your package sent signature required feel free to contact

For international orders an extra shipping charge may
apply. For an extra $1 the package can be shipped insured.
Please Note- We do not take responsibility for packages that get lost when
being shipped internationally therefore we suggest that all customers request to
have their packages shipped insured.
When there is an exchange requested on
an order shipping is charged again. The cost of the shipping depends on
the amount of items in the order that are being exchanged. |

Back Orders:
Items on site are not linked to actual
inventory availability. Orders that cannot be filled will automatically be back
ordered and you should receive a notification. If 30 days have passed since you
placed the order and we still cannot fill it, the back order can be canceled
unless otherwise requested. You will not be charged for any orders until the
time of shipping.
There is only one shipping & handling charge per order and it is
charged when your first shipment is sent. There is no additional cost to
ship backorders. |

Return Policy:
We
accept returns of merchandise up to 30 days after you receive it. We will pay
return shipping only when there is a defect in the item or an error on our part
with confirmation from HosieryStreet.com in writing or email The shipping will
only be reimbursed if sent regular USPS first class*. Please note that due to
the intimate nature of underwear, socks and sleepwear, we cannot accept worn
garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unworn. Tags must be
attached to the item. Any item that has been worn will not be accepted.
An RA# (return authorization) is necessary to make a return. It
should be written on the outside of the package being returned. All
returns without an ra# will be refused. A 15%- 20% Restocking fee
will be charged on Sale items.
Refunds are only issued for the products
returned- not the original shipping or return shipping.
Please
note: There is no return or exchange on Edith Lances and Elila
bras.
There is a 50% restocking fee on Affinitas
Intimates.
Please contact us to find out about returns on Oroblu- we do not
take returns on certain styles.

Lost Packages:
